What are the system requirements to play Happy Ningels?

To ensure a quality playing experience, we recommend the following system specifications:

The game will not start. What should I do?

Our server may be down for maintenance. When the server is offline, it is not possible to start the game. Please check the G with U homepage or Facebook page for information on maintenance operations and other matters.

Your computer may not meet the system requirements to play the game. When attempting to start the game on a computer that does not meet the requirements, there is a possibility that the game will not operate properly. Please refer to the G with U homepage to confirm system requirements.

Flash Player may not be enabled for your browser. Depending on the browser, Flash Player may be disabled by default. Please confirm the settings for Flash Player in your browser. In cases where it is disabled, enable Flash Player and reload your browser in order to play the game.

If you are still experiencing issues after confirming the above points, please confirm that all necessary drivers (DirectX, VGA, sound drivers, etc.) are updated to the latest versions. You may also have to delete unnecessary data for the browser to function properly. Please try the following actions:

Is the game supported on mobile devices?

This game is available only on computer. Please play on a browser with Flash Player installed.

The game froze while I was playing. What should I do?

If the game freezes while playing, please reopen your browser or update it.

Which version of Flash Player is required to play?

Please visit the website of Adobe Systems Incorporated to confirm that you are using the latest version of Flash Player. The "Version Information" box indicates what version you have installed, and a table provides information on the latest versions available for various platforms and browsers.

Can I restart the game from the beginning?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify any game data. Since your game progress is automatically saved, we cannot restore your game data to a previous state.

Do I need to like your page on Facebook to play the game?

You don't have to like our page to play the game, but doing so will keep you in the loop about the latest news for Happy Ningels.

General

I am playing the game for the first time. How do I start?

When the game starts, you will automatically be guided to the Ninja Training Stage, where you can learn the basics of how to play Happy Ningels.

Can I play the game with a game pad?

This game is played with a keyboard and a mouse. It is not configured for play with a game pad.

How can I quit the game?

All game data is saved on our server, so you can just quit the game by leaving the page or closing your browser.

Do I have to start the game from the beginning if I change computers?

Because all game data is saved on our server, you can pick up where you left off as long as your Facebook account remains the same.

Where can I report bugs?

If you encounter any bugs while playing, please contact us at support_hn@ayhappy.co.jp.

I can't hear the music. What should I do?

You can configure the game's music and sound effects by clicking on the speaker and music note icons located in the upper right corner of the Main Screen. The settings can also be accessed when you pause while playing the Action Stages.

Please check if the music and sound effects are turned on (when turned off, the icons will be struck through). If that doesn't work, please check the sound settings for your computer.

What is the Daily Bonus?

The Daily Bonus provides players the opportunity to win items once a day when they first log into the game.

What's a free gift?

A free gift is a gift you can give to your in-game friends for no cost of any kind. You can send these gifts once every eight hours.Gifts sent to you from your friends will be shown to you in the INBOX screen at the start of the game, and you can receive the gifts there.

Where can I receive gifts?

Gifts that are not free gifts can be received in your room.

I ran out of lives. Do I have to pay money to continue?

Your lives will restore with the passage of time. Once your lives are restored, you will be able to continue playing.

Can you guide me through the game?

We apologize but we cannot give any additional strategic information or guidance outside of information presented to our users through our websites.

Is there a way to do the same room mission more than once?

You cannot do the same room mission more than once.

Can I have a friend give me one of their items?

We do not support item trading between players.

Why can't I type the message to go with my gift in full screen mode?

We're terribly sorry, but typing messages in full screen mode is disabled. Please exit the full screen mode to type in a message. You can do this by hitting the Esc button.

Payment

Am I going to be charged even though I have not purchased anything?

You will not be charged for payments you didn't intend to make.

(You can buy GC(Gold Coins) and exchange it for items in the game. Or you can buy items directly through Facebook. Both are one time-purchases.)

What's "GC"?

"GC" is stands for Gold Coin which you can use in "Happy Ningels" to buy decoration-items, useful power-ups.

An error appears when I try to use the "shop".

If an error appears, you may not be able to use the ""shop"" due to server overloading. Please let us know in detail through our support page, if you find some errors.

The game is free to play with the additional option to buy virtual goods.

I have not received an answer to my question. Why?

Customer inquiries are responded to in the order in which they are received.Response time may vary when customer support is particularly busy, or when extra time is required to look into an inquiry.

Someone is harassing me with in-game messages and/or on the Facebook page. Can you help?

We do not interfere in matters between players.

However, the following may be considered violations of our Terms and Conditions of Use.
